Every order from Apex Apparel Co is printed on demand through our fulfillment partner, Ninja POD. This means each item is made specifically for you — no excess, no waste, no compromises on quality.
Production Time
All orders are produced within 5–7 business days of purchase. Because your gear is printed to order, we do not ship from a pre-stocked warehouse — your item is created fresh after you place your order.
Shipping Time
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes:
- Standard Domestic (US): 3–7 business days after fulfillment
- Expedited Domestic (US): 1–3 business days after fulfillment (if available at checkout)
Total estimated delivery time: 8–14 business days from order date for standard shipping.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $75. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size. Carrier selection is determined at the time of fulfillment.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our fulfillment center. Use the tracking number to monitor your delivery status with the carrier directly.
International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If you are located outside the US and are interested in placing an order, please contact us at info@apexyourlife.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us at info@apexyourlife.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
